Does ETS offer training?
Yes — every package includes year-round professional training. Live workshops, on-demand videos, and one-on-one coaching are all available to active customers.
Does the software include all states and business returns?
Federal and all state returns are included with both packages. Business returns and forms are included with the EFIN Owner package.
Are there hidden or per-return fees?
No. ETS uses a one-time package fee — no per-return charges and no service bureau fees with the EFIN Owner package.
What kind of support do you offer?
Real-human, US-based support year-round. Phone, email, and live chat. Extended hours during peak tax season — weekends included.
Is the software compatible with iOS and Apple devices?
The online version of ETS works on any modern web browser, including iPad and Mac. The desktop version is Windows-based.
