We also have the option to opt in for dedicated support, which brings the additional benefits of a helpdesk that can handle calls to tax alliance for you and follow up on ticket resolution, perform office analytics and crosslink management reports, generate or guide you with bank portal forms and reports and also help you with day to day configuration or set up requirements.
